HI-COOL 40TH ANNIVERSARY
Hi-cool Engineering, an ESCO (Energy Service Company) accredited by the Department of Energy and an air conditioning provider for many of the country’s premier shopping malls, business high rises, schools, government buildings, and warehouses recently held its 40th anniversary at the posh Peninsula Manila. Prior to formally starting the celebration, guest of honors Senator Sherwin Gatchalian (left-most) and Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar (middle) pose with Hi-cool Marketing Head Theresa Acedillo Lapuz (2nd left), Hi-cool Chairman Conrado P. Acedillo (2nd right) and Hi-cool Director Dr. Mary Ann Acedillo Hidalgo (right). Through its exclusive partnership with Hitachi, a global leader in air-conditioning, Hi-cool has designed, managed, and maintained sustainable cooling systems for several public and private enterprises. To mark its fruitful years of collaborations with the country’s captains of industry, the HVAC firm paid tribute to its partners by entitling their milestone: “Hi-cool 40th Anniversary Honoring Tycoons & Entrepreneurs” and encircled The Pen’s Rigodon Ballroom with a makeshift gallery of spectacular paintings of these local business icons. Painted by Filipino visual artist, Celeste Lecaroz, the murals were made in the “Spontarealismus” style, a color-infused and textureladen fusion of realism and abstract art.
